BY ACCESSING ANY PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE AND/OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION.

Credit Card payments

Please be aware that a 3% surcharge applies to payments made with Mail Order Telephone Order transactions (Website Direct Booking Excepted).
For bookings made on third party websites the credit card that the booking was made with must be sighted on arrival.
For all other bookings, the registered guest must provide a valid credit card and photo ID on arrival. If the registered guest does not have a credit card, we require photo ID, full payment and a RM200 cash deposit on arrival.

Deposit

A prepayment is required to guarantee all reservations. 

In the event of a cancellation or amendment, deposits are refundable, promotions excepted, providing W Studio receives sufficient cancellation notification (refer to Cancellation policy).
Please note that a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival to the W Studio Property.

Cancellation

Standard cancellation notice of 7 days minimum is required, in order to avoid a no show charge of full stay tariff. Depending on specific promotions, the designated cancellation window period shall be stated accordingly.

Car parking Charges:

W Studio Resort Suites at Pyramid Tower Hotel, Bandar Sunway

A fee of RM8 per exit is payable for parking at Resort Suites at Pyramid Tower Hotel, Bandar Sunway. Just request for the prepaid ticket from our crews when you check in.

House Rules:

W Studio have a strict NO PARTY POLICY

The number of guests gathered in the apartment overnight (i.e. after 9pm) must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the property.

Any persons exceeding this number will be considered trespassers.

Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times.
If any noise complaints are received from the neighbouring residents you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your accommodation tariff will not be refunded. Your security deposit may not be refunded.
The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during his/her stay.

Deposits Conditions

Refund of the security deposit is subject to inspection of the apartment upon departure and the return of all keys.
The guest will automatically forfeit the deposit if:

  • Any item is stolen or removed from the premises
  • There is any damage caused to W Studio or partners property, by the guest or anyone invited onto the property by the guest. This includes all items and structures inside the apartment and all external and communal areas on W Studio or partners property.
  • The guest breaches the above ‘No Parties’ policy and refuses to leave the premises

Third Party Service Provider

In many cases, W Studio offers our guest that book with us services provided by third parties when requested by our guest. Full payment is required when purchasing/booking/ordering request on behalf the guest, and a 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. All these purchases would be non refundable/non exchangeable unless stated otherwise.

 

Mobile Wi Fi

This service is provided by a third party provider. Unlimited Data with Fair usage policy are set by provider. W Studio shall not be responsible for any disconnection, weak connection of the mobile WiFi.

The guest acknowledge that provider may restrict, suspend or disconnect the mobile wifi devices in accordance with the provider’s (Digi) Fair Usage Policy.

Please email us at reservations@wstudio.com.my to reserve the mobile wifi during your stay with us. 

Free Mobile WiFi* :  

Only for guest who booked directly with us online during the promotional period. Limited units daily. W Studio reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without any notice.

Lost/Damage of Devices:

By accepting and using the device, the guest agree to be responsible on the device provided. All damages/loses of the devices & parts shall be chargeable.
